Welcome to Thrive Holistic Counselling. My name is Julie, and I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate significant life events such as grief, separation, divorce, empty nest syndrome, and burnout. My goal is to help you rediscover your sense of self, purpose, and joy. With a compassionate and integrative approach, I provide holistic counselling that empowers clients to thrive.

My journey into holistic counselling began with my own life experiences. Having navigated through divorce, grief, empty nest syndrome, and professional burnout, I understand the profound impact these transitions can have on one’s emotional and psychological well-being. These experiences have shaped my approach to counselling, allowing me to connect deeply with my clients and provide empathetic, effective support.
